Glen Larson, who had sent her the very first draft script of a part of the TV series Battlestar Galactica from 1978, at first, she was chosen. She initially rejected the role because the character didn't seem strong. Glen created a completely different character to play Sheba, which was much more powerful. She was able to accept the Living Legend's script after having read the first 25 pages. It lasted for just one season. The actress co-starred on Joyride with Desi Arnaz Jr., Melanie Griffith (the daughter of Desi Arnaz Jr. and Lucille Bell), Robert Carradine and Melanie Griffith in 1977 and in The Dark Tower with Michael Moriarty (1987).
